B1 VISA

B1 visa is an entry visa for any foreign national to USA on a conditional term, that at the end of the visa he or she should return to their own country.

Qualification criteria

One should satisfy the US consulate that at the end of the visa term he or she would leave usa to his home country by the following terms

1 . Has a permanent residence in their own country with no intention to cancel it

2 . Having strong family ties in their own country

3 . Having a more healthier bond in the work in their own country

4 . Good reasonable assets and liquid assets to prove that they will return to their own country once this visa comes to an end or the work gets over.

1 . Professionals or persons to attend business conference , workshops or seminars

2 . Business professionals to attend a Business contract and consultation with the business associates

3 . Business professionals to find out the requirements to set up a franchise or subsidary of a foreign organisation, or to make investments

4 . Technical personel to install a certain equipment or provide service to the equipment already installed

5 . Persons to seek or get trained or observe business, professional work as long as it does not involve him directly doing that activity himself

6 . Professional sports person for taking part in the competition to be held in us,

7 . US companies to bring any professionals for training or to get an advice on installation of imported machines

8 . Guest lecturers and guest speakers to speak in the universities of usa

Convicing Documents If any
There are some documents which can convince the US consulate to issue B1 visa
additional documents are
1 . Your return flight ticket with the date you are returning back to your home country

2 . Evidences that bind you back to your home country including your immediate relations in your homecountry, immovable assets and liquid assets

3 . Letter of financial support by your company or the means of your survival while in USA

4 . Specific letter or invitation indicating for what purpose you are flying to USA, which includes the letter given by the specific company on behalf of them or the invitations

5 . Medical records for availing medical treatment

Duration
B1 visa can be issued till the period of five years but not more than that, but for an individual, it is for six months only.

Renewal of B1VISA

For getting the renewal he or she should contact the uscis consulate for Renewal of their term in the b1 visa but they have to produce records to show that they are capable of taking care of their needs financially and other means till the end of the trip and need not seek a job for his survival

The intention to leave USA on expiry of visa period should be clear.

1 . B1 visa holder can apply for a bank account in USA

2 . you can get the ATM debit card alone from the bank where you have opened the account. Not eligilbe for credit card.

3 . Cannot join an education institution/university for pursuing studies

4 . Cannot convert B1 status in to h1 status

5 . Cannot work in USA for wages
